Summary: The goal is to do a lighter weight and finish every set unbroken. The hardest unbroken would be the Dead Lifts at the end just because of pure cardiovascular fatigue. This WOD burns the shoulders and upper back from the get go and attacks your ankle/ gastroc durability towards the end. First try I did #135 and broke up multiple sets. Took me about 10 min but this time will DEFINITELY get demolished. The jump rope sprint is to develop a concrete mentality that makes you fight the clock with every swing. Easy Money!
