WARM-UP 2x through
- Band Pull Apart x 10
- Shoulder tap push-ups x 5 ea
- 00:45 Plank Hold
STRENGTH TRAINING:
1. Barbell Curl Strip Set 2 x (5, 10, 15 reps)
- 5 reps at a heavier weight, then strip off to lighter weight and do 10 reps, etc.
2. Triangle Push-Ups 2 x 15
3. Shoulder Lateral Raise 2 x 8
4. Arnold Press 2 x 6
- Double dumbbell curl into overhead press w/ rotation
5. Triceps Dips / single DB tricep extension 2 x 10 (U choose the exercise)
6. Hammer Curl 7's 2 x 7ea
- 7 reps under 90 degrees (don"t pass halfway), 7 reps above 90 degrees, the 7 full reps
