a. Overhead Tricep extension x 6-10

b. Lateral Raises x 6-10

c. Weighted Dips x 6-10


FINISH

Upper Body Rack/ Band Stretch

- Lattismus Dorsi

- Anterior Deltoid

- Overhead Tricep

- Pectoral Major
